You are paying the 50% deposit ($738.66) for one spot in the Be a Better Man Adventure at Horse Creek Ranch.  The remaining 50% ($738.66) is due no later than three weeks prior to May 15th.  The total purchase cost includes all lodging, meals, guided fly fishing, and coaching over the course of the two-day event.  Any cancelations must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the event to ensure a full refund.  Cancelations less than three weeks prior to the event will forfeit the deposit due to the difficulty of filling that vacated spot in that short of an amount of time.  If the deposit is forfeited it can be applied to future Be a Better Man Adventure events at Horse Creek Ranch.
